CROCK POT CHICKEN TERIJAKI
Supper is in the crock pot!
Crock pot Chicken Teriyaki
4 chicken breasts
1 c. teriyaki sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 garlic cloves
1. Combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and garlic cloves in a large bowl.
2. Add chicken to the sauce, combine.
3. Pour into crock pot.
4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
5. Serve over rice and spoon extra sauce if desired.
For the last 15 to 30 minutes I like to cook with the lid off so the sauce thickens a little bit. If it still is too runny, decrease your chicken broth amount next time. I will saute some veggies for a side item. Fortune cookies from the grocery store are always fun to add!
