SUMMER FAVORITES + MOVIE LIST
I’m sure we’re not the only one that feels like summer is flying by, buuuuuut maybe I’m the only one that’s ready for it to be done…haha! Summer is my least favorite season BUT I know my family loves it soooo I try. (Trying real hard for the ones I love lol.) Having said all that, I do love to share things that we’re loving so here’s some favorites, summer edition!
one: I’ve gone through my fair share of tights in my life because…gym life and mom life. These are hands down my favorite. They stay ON and don’t move when I’m working out. Squat proof!
two: How old do I sound if this purchase has been the highlight of my year? My family works so hard during the summer and we are always dealing with dirt and grass being tracked in. We use this every single day, all day long!
three: I think every woman needs this book. I had it on my wishlist but a friend of mine had one and gave it to me! I have just started it but I already know it’s so good. It is a book to read with writing sections to reflect. I love it!
four: We are in the middle of a home renovation and I didn’t realize how helpful this book would be. I think my favorite part of this book is seeing all the different design styles and getting inspired, as well as how she helps you troubleshoot each room. Very helpful!
five: V-neck shirts are my jammmm because they’re super comfy but the v-neck dresses it up a little. I have these in a ton of colors!
six: I recently shared a ton of Young Living favorites for my readers // products, roller recipes, diffuser recipes and summer DIYs!
seven: I have this dress in blue cove, baylef and purple pearl and I plan on getting the rest, that’s how much I am loving it. It so comfortable!
eight : I read in this every single day! It’s a good short read covering basically all the situations us mom’s of boys come across.
nine: I got this for Mother’s Day and it’s perfect for exfoliating not only the face, but all over my body.
SUMMER FAVORITES: THE REST OF THE FAMILY
This is my husbands favorite water jug to carry around all summer. Literally has dropped it a hundred times and it’s still holding strong.
I think every teenager has these, or wants them, and my son Maison loves his. Especially in the summer since he and his dad and brother have a mowing business and want music in their ears all day long.
Aniston is my book worm and loves this hanging reading nook. If you have a child that loves to be outside and enjoy some quiet time alone, add this to your Christmas list now.
Milani bought these shoes on vacation and I’m sure they aren’t the best for support, but they are shiny and for a 6 year old girlie girl…that means they’re perfect.
SUMMER FAMILY TIME
Our family has a summer bucket list this year and I am loving how it forces us to create family time. Family time will not usually just happen on it’s on (not for us anyways) so we have to be intentional. We do this in December (find out about that here!) and I thought incorperating a break halfway through the year for family time was a good idea!
