๐๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐:
“I hate that I didn’t get up for the gym today”
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐:
“I love being somebody that goes to the gym in the morning! Today didn’t work out and that’s ok because I have plenty of time to reach my goals and my identity isn’t in my checklist.”
๐๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐:
“I hate my past.”
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐:
“Wow, look all that God has done in my life to make me who I am today! I’ve learned so many lessons and God works everything out for my good.”
Your God-given, made-in-the-image-of-God mind is a powerful tool and we are choosing to use it to constantly think about our past or how we’ve screwed something up.
All is well. God is using everything for His plan and your good. Nothing is wasted.
What’s a negative thought you play over and over in your mind that isn’t serving you? How can you rewrite that dialogue to best serve you? Need help? Post it in the comments and I can help you come up with something better!
