If your brain is offering you the thought “walking isn’t enough to get into shape” I want to let you in on a secret…

What if it’s ok to enjoy nature without it having to be a grueling workout?

What if this is the start you need, and then SOMEDAY you can take it to the next level?

Soaking up some early morning sunshine, listening to the birds, smelling the trees…all of this is nurturing to us.

I live my life by the season so now that we’re having peeks of spring, going outside for a walk is a very easy way we can nurture our temple!

What is something simple you CAN do every day to tend to your physical body?

HERE’S A FEW OF MY FAVORITES

• one raw fruit and veggie a day
• walk after meals to balance your blood sugar
• water before coffee
• morning walk for the sunshine and nature
• stretch when you wakeup/go to bed
