EASY STARTER KIT RUBS

You know our family loves essential oils, but essential oils and DIYs are my FAVORITE! I love mixing ingredients I already have at home and creating something that our family can use.

I control the ingredients.
I know exactly what’s in it.

We thought #selfcaresaturday deserved some love and it will be prefect for some Mommy and Milani one-on-one time today! Here are three super easy essential oil rubs that are the easiest DIYs to do with your starter kit oils.

CHEST RUB// 15 Raven + 5 Lemon + 2 Frankincense
Instructions: Melt 1/4 cup coconut oil, add essential oils and mix. Pour into a glass jar to cool and harden. Apply this onto your chest and back for respiratory support. Apply as often as needed.

SLEEP RUB// 15 Lavender
Instructions: Melt 1/4 cup coconut oil, add essential oils and mix. Pour into a glass jar to cool and harden. Apply this onto your chest and feet for sleep support before bed. Apply as often as needed.

MUSCLE RUB// 15 PanAway
Instructions: Melt 1/4 cup coconut oil, add essential oils and mix. Pour into a glass jar to cool and harden. Apply this onto muscles after a workout, tired feet after a long day at work, or the back of your neck when experiencing tension. Apply as often as needed.

Now you get to choose which rub you will do!
