EASY 5 INGREDIENT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Give yourself a break Monday morning and make your breakfast for the week in advance! This casserole has got you covered for back to school!
5 INGREDIENT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I like to shred my own, it’s better IMO)
- 2 cups milk
- 15 oz hashbrowns (frozen)
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Brown your breakfast sausage.
- While that cooks, whisk eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper as you desire. Pour in milk and whisk to blend.
- When sausage is done, pour into a casserole pan (the rectangle kind) and then add the hashbrowns and shredded cheese. Mix them all together in the casserole pan.
- Pour egg/milk mixture on top.
- Bake at 350º for 45 mins, covered with foil. Remove the foil and bake for about 10-15 mins more until the dish is bubbly and cheese is melted.
That’s it! Don’t forget to add some Tapatio or salsa!
