EASY 5 INGREDIENT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Give yourself a break Monday morning and make your breakfast for the week in advance! This casserole has got you covered for back to school!


5 INGREDIENT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I like to shred my own, it’s better IMO)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 15 oz hashbrowns (frozen)
  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Brown your breakfast sausage.
  3. While that cooks, whisk eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper as you desire. Pour in milk and whisk to blend.
  4. When sausage is done, pour into a casserole pan (the rectangle kind) and then add the hashbrowns and shredded cheese. Mix them all together in the casserole pan.
  5. Pour egg/milk mixture on top.
  6. Bake at 350º for 45 mins, covered with foil. Remove the foil and bake for about 10-15 mins more until the dish is bubbly and cheese is melted.

That’s it! Don’t forget to add some Tapatio or salsa!
