4 THINGS I STOPPED OBSESSING ABOUT WITH MY HABITS AND ROUTINES

If you want to collapse some time, read these four things I wish I stopped obsessing about years ago.

⏰ TIME: the purpose of your nourishing routine this fall is to soak up every single day and we can’t do that if we’re obsessing about how much time we say we don’t have. What time CAN you give today? That is your goal then. Even if it’s 5 mins, that is perfectly fine!

💸 MONEY: social media tells us every day what we need to buy, but’m here to tell you that you can use what you already have! You don’t need to buy a new book to read if you have plenty at home you still haven’t started or finished. You don’t need to buy a new workout program because walking outside is great too!

🧐 FOCUSING ON ONLY ONE AREA: fitness is great but it’s usually what we default to when creating our habits. I have SIX signature areas I teach my clients to hit when creating their nourishing habits and routines each season. When you add 1-2 (that’s it!) goals from each of these categories you are giving yourself a plan that is going to nourish you in ALL areas of your life!

🏃🏼‍♀️FINISHING: finishing is not the point! Every day I wake up, I know what I’m aiming for to nourishing myself this fall. The purpose is to feel like you made the best of every day…not that you finished at the end of the fall season. Learning to let go of this obsession has freed me up to enjoy the reason I created the routines and habits in the first place. We’ll never finish it perfectly and it’s ok because it’s not the point anyways.

When you learn how to create nourishing routines in every area (not just the same few we always default to) you start to care super less about how fast time is “flying by” because you’re finally living YOUR full life!
