I promise you’ll be a new person Monday

  • 5-10 mins of quality time with each family member
  • do a weekend prep
  • absolutely no social media until you’ve done your morning routine
  • move your body
  • ready a Psalm a day
  • let your face feel the sun every day
  • drink a ton of water
  • unplug with something fun

WHEN I DECIDED I WAS IN CHARGE OF MY WEEKEND EXPERIENCE

Funny thing happened when I decided I was in control of how my weekend went…I started to really enjoy my weekend.

If your brain is stuck in reasons why you can’t, it’s time to get creative on how you COULD make this happen.

Try these thoughts on and see how they feel:

“I always find a way.”
“I take 100% responsibility for my experience.”
“I’m here for all of it.”
“I’m creating a life I love.”
