ELDERBERRY SYRUP
Fall always makes us dust off our immune support recipes, don’t you agree?
DAILY: For everyday wellness support, I mix a TBS of elderberry syrup with about 2 ounces of my goji berry juice (big support boost!). Here’s the goji berry juice our family drinks.
But today I was just feeling that lingering of my allergies and sinuses acting up so I decided to make a hodge hodge of my favorite immune boosting things. Here’s what I did!
IMMUNE SYSTEM COCKTAIL
- 1 TBS elderberry syrup
- 2 ounces goji berry juice
- 2 drops Thieves Vitality essential oil
- half dropper Mineral Essence
- top with orange juice
- cute mug always helps
Why did I add Mineral Essence?

Why did I add Ningxia Red (Goji Berry Juice)?
One ounce of Ningxia Red has the antioxidant power of:
- 4 Pounds Carrots
- 2 Quarts Carrot Juice
- 8 Oranges
- 1 Pint Orange Juice
- 2 Pounds Beets
- 2 Cups Beet Juice
- 3 Cups Raspberries
- 2 Cups Blueberries
- … combined!

And there you go! I will drink this a few times today to give my body some support as it fights for me. Our bodies are so cool. It always knows what to do, and I love that we can give it some extra oomph as it does it’s job.
