First, I want you to do a little reflection. We’re distracted easily by social media want everything seems like a good idea for you, but I like to ask myself these questions before I create my own plan

• What habits will deepen your connection with yourself, your family, and God this fall?

CREATE YOUR SIMPLE PLAN

pick 1-2 in each

  • CONNECT TO YOURSELF: journal, set limits/boundaries on things that don’t bring you joy or depress you, do something fun, do a fall activity (like baking) you’ve been wanting to do
  • CONNECT TO YOUR FAMILY: have 5 minutes of intentional time every day, check on them during the day, give them an intentional hug (not just the morning goodbye interaction), read a book together, watch a funny tv show
  • CONNECT TO GOD: have a quiet time, read a psalm/proverb a day, write out gratitude and prayers, go on a prayer walk
