May our faces light up for our people more than ma May our faces light up for our people more than material things. ✨ Backstory: Almost two years ago, we lost my dad—just 28 days after learning he had brain cancer. Since then, we’ve been more intentional about traveling and making memories with my mom. Last month, thanks to my brother, my mom made the drive to surprise my daughter at the state spelling bee. The look on her face when she saw her uncle and grandma? Moments like this matter most. This is the whole point. If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to make that call, plan that visit, or show up in the small-but-big ways—this is your gentle nudge. Our full lives are made with these moments.
